The Oshawa Generals are pleased to announce a new initiative for the whole of the Durham Region. A local business will be changed forever when the Generals give away approximately $30,000 in sponsorship. One lucky business will become the presenting sponsor of the Oshawa Generals for the 2013-2014 season.
The Generals will showcase the winning business with a fully integrated marketing program that includes advertisement in television, radio, and print, presence on the Generals website and social media, presence on the Generals game-day magazine, lineups, and magnetic schedule, and recognition at all Generals games as the season`s presenting sponsor.
“We are thrilled to be able to make a difference for a local business and share with them an opportunity to revolutionize their marketing,” commented Oshawa Generals President and Governor Rocco Tullio. “This contest is an important step in building our ongoing relationship with local businesses and we look forward to growing with this community, with businesses large and small, and with our fans.”
The initiative begins August 22nd, 2013 and runs until September 9th, 2013. The presenting sponsorship package will be awarded on September 10th, 2013. To be entered into the draw, businesses can purchase a special corporate package which includes a pair of half season tickets and either a promotion table on the concourse during a Generals home game or a 10 person hosting area for a Generals home game.
