Welcome to the HometownHockey.ca - 2018-19 Playoff Pool. A group of die hard hockey fans founded the Cornwall Fantasy Hockey League in 1995. That lead to the birth of Murph's Fantasy Hockey League in 2003 and the Windsor Fantasy Hockey League in 2013. During each hockey season, we have conducted a Playoff Hockey Pool - to make watching the games even more exciting! You are invited to join us and while you are at it...why dont you invite a friend!
This year, we will be using the Office Pools platform to reduce site administration time and to provide real-time scoring.
Windsor - Oct. 20, 2021: The Spitfires have acquired defenceman Nathan Ribau and a 3rd round pick in 2025 in exchange for Dylan Robinson.
Robinson was Windsor’s third round pick in the 2018 OHL priority selection draft. Robinson split time between the Lasalle Vipers and the Spitfires in his rookie season. He managed to get into eight games with the Spitfires and recorded 4 points including his first career OHL goal. FULL STORY
Windsor - Oct. 14, 2021: Third-year forward Will Cuylle has been named the new Captain of the Windsor Spitfires.
The 19-year-old native of Toronto, Ontario was selected 3rd overall in the 2018 OHL Priority Selection by the Peterborough Petes before being traded to the Spitfires. Since joining the Spitfires, Cuylle has logged 125 career regular season and an additional 4 playoff games since the beginning of the 2018-19 season. FULL STORY
Windsor - Oct. 8, 2021: Over 2950 fans were treated to the Windsor Spitfires return into the post-pandemic era, with fifty percent seating capacity and much like their effort in game 1 of the regular season hosting the Sarnia Sting in a 6-3 loss. FULL STORY
