NHL Deputy Commissioner Bill Daly says the league is still in "information gathering and evaluation mode. No decision yet."
Cyril Leeder of the Ottawa Senators said he expected a decision by mid-afternoon according to Twitter.
The NHL cancelled the game in Boston on the evening of the Boston Marathon Bombing.
