TSN tweeted out this morning that Toronto Maple Leafs forward James van Riemsdyk had been traded to the New York Rangers. Shortly after posting the tweet, TSN removed the tweet from their news feed. van Riemsdyk, the Leafs’ leading scorer, will miss six to eight weeks with a non-displaced fracture of his left foot.

Shortly after, Bob McKenzie of TSN tweeted that JVR has not been traded. "We just received internal TSN email saying TSN Radio account had been hacked. In any case, no trade."
