San Jose - Mar. 2, 2015: San Jose Sharks General Manager Doug Wilson announced today that the team has acquired defenseman Karl Stollery from the Colorado Avalanche in exchange for forward Freddie Hamilton.
Stollery, 27, has played in seven NHL games with the Colorado Avalanche, posting four penalty minutes.

While it was far from a perfect outing, as they managed to blow yet another two goal third period lead, last night’s 5-4 shootout victory over the San Jose Sharks was exciting to watch and that is something Oilers fans have rarely been able to say over the last couple of seasons. San Jose - Nov. 30, 2014: While his teammates were on the ice Saturday for their morning skate at SAP Center, San Jose Sharks center Logan Couture was at the hospital, getting treated for an illness that had caused an eye to swell up.

Financial terms of the contract were not released, but CSNBayArea.com reported the contract will pay Stalock $1.5 million in 2014-15 and $1.7 million in 2015-16.
