The Anaheim Ducks acquired forward Tomas Fleischmann from the Florida Panthers on Saturday for forward Dany Heatley and a third-round pick in the 2015 NHL Draft. Fleischmann, 30, has seven goals and 21 points in 50 games this season. He had career highs of 27 goals and 61 points in 2011-12, his first season with the Panthers.

Anaheim - February 28, 2015 - The Anaheim Ducks acquired forward Tomas Fleischmann from the Florida Panthers on Saturday for forward Dany Heatley and a third-round pick in the 2015 NHL Draft.

Fleischmann, 30, has seven goals and 21 points in 50 games this season. He had career highs of 27 goals and 61 points in 2011-12, his first season with the Panthers.

Heatley, 34, was scoreless in six games with the Ducks this season. He was reassigned to Norfolk of the American Hockey League, where he has two goals and seven points in 25 games.

Heatley scored 50 goals in back-to-back seasons for the Ottawa Senators in 2005-06 and 2006-07. He has 372 goals and 791 points in 869 games with the Atlanta Thrashers, Senators, Minnesota Wild and Ducks.
