Windsor Spitfires overage forward Jeremiah Addison has inked a three-year, entry-level contract with the Montreal Canadiens, the team announced today. Addison, 20, was Montreal's 7th round pick (207th overall) in the 2015 NHL Entry Draft.

Windsor - March 24, 2017 - Windsor Spitfires overage forward Jeremiah Addison has inked a three-year, entry-level contract with the Montreal Canadiens, the team announced today.

Addison, 20, was Montreal's 7th round pick (207th overall) in the 2015 NHL Entry Draft and is the first player chosen in the seventh round to be signed by the club since Sergei Kostitsyn (2005).

He's the fourth Spitfire to agree to an NHL contract in the last two weeks and the seventh this season (Sergachev, Brown, Stanley, Day, Chatfield, Bracco).
