Wilkes-Barre - April 3, 2015 -

It was the the second place Atlantic Division taking on the Second place East Division tonight at the Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza. In other words the WBS Penguins Vs. the Worcester Sharks.

It was action from the start tonight the Worcester Sharks really bringing it and the WBS Penguins answering right back. WBS would get the first power play of tonight's game later in the first get one good set up but nothing to show for it on the scoreboard.

The Sharks would be the first to score a wrap around goal that snuck past the skate of Zatkoff just before the end of the first sending the boys off for the first intermission looking at a one goal hole the needed to climb out of.

Second period was power play trade off time seemed every time WBS would get a power play they would get called for a penalty making it 4x4 hockey and the same for Worcester.

The Pens would even it up at one just over thirteen minutes in on the power play Danny Syvret would put one on net from the point and it would find the back of the net behind Dell. The Sharks Coetzee would make it a one goal game again two minutes later as Worcester brought pressure.

Leaving the ice for the second intermission WBS was looking at a one goal hole to climb out of once again with just twenty minutes left in regulation.

The Penguins came out looking to gain back the goal they were down by but the Sharks were just getting ready to feed. Worcester would tally two goals in the third one from Ryan Carpenter early in the third and one from Daniil Tarasov about 4 minutes later as the Sharks were on the power play making it a four to one game.

WBS would get a second goal but it would not be enough as the Worcester Sharks would beat the Penguins 4-2.
