Wilkes-Barre - March 29, 2015 -

Right off the drop WBS’ s Dominick Uher and the Phantoms Brett Hextall do the dance a decent fight was going to score it for Hextall but Uher came on strong towards the end.

The Lehigh Valley Phantoms would score first tonight Scott Laughton would get a power play goal for the phantoms making it one to none Lehigh Valley. Later in the first the Phantoms Jesper Pettersson would put the Penguins down by two.

That’s where I would end up heading off the ice for the first intermission WBS trailing the Phantoms by two.

WBS did not create much offense during the second period only getting three shots on net. Lehigh Valley had ten shots on net one that made its way past Matt Murray to give the Phantoms a 3-0 lead.

Ruopp and Jones did an nice five knuckle shuffle at the end of the second period maybe it will spark the Pens a bit in the third looking at a semi deep hole to climb out of.

WBS did come out in the third period with some new found energy getting more shits on net than they did in the first and second period combined.

Andrew Ebbett would get the Penguins on the board just before the ten minute mark of the third period giving the Penguins a glimmer of hope. Lehigh Valley would hold the lead and get the empty netter making the final score tonight the Lehigh Valley Phantoms 4 the WBS Penguins 1.
