SHORT SHIFT - Spits get past Storm, end home losing skid

Goaltender Xavier Medina making one of his 17 stops on the night. The Windsor Spitfires ended a seven game losing streak at the WFCU Centre with a 6-3 win over the visiting Guelph Storm. Curtis Douglas was the game's first star registering two goals and an a assist. The Spits are back in action this afternoon when they play host to Shane Wright and the Kingston Frontenacs.


Windsor - Mar. 1, 2020:

Curtis Douglas was the game's first star registering two goals and an a assist. Thomas Stevenson had two assists and Xavier Medina made 17 saves for the win. The Spits are back in action this afternoon when they play host to Shane Wright and the Kingston Frontenacs.
