The Magic Remains
It's sad when the decorations get packed back up and the tree gets dragged out the door and tossed into the yard ready for its journey to get mulched. Our son was especially fond of our tree this year and was quick to grab one of our hands leading us to it when we got up in the morning to plug the lights in. The house feels extra cozy at Christmas and we enjoyed every minute.

Stoney Point - January 4, 2015 - It's sad when the decorations get packed back up and the tree gets dragged out the door and tossed into the yard ready for its journey to get mulched. Our son was especially fond of our tree this year and was quick to grab one of our hands leading us to it when we got up in the morning to plug the lights in. The house feels extra cozy at Christmas and we enjoyed every minute.

Before and during the holidays, you get caught up in planning visits, organizing menus (trying new recipes and pulling out traditional ones) and sharing much cheer and then it's over -- back to our regularly scheduled lives and work.

We are going continue to keep the cheer going and get together with those we didn't connect with over the holiday. Every weekend is a celebration, we will make it happen and the laundry will still get done and the kiddo will make it to soccer and we will make it to the gym (oh the horror)!

We hope everyone enjoyed the holidays and we wish health, happiness and prosperity for 2015. Keep the magic happening each and every day.
