In losing 7-5 to the Petes, the Spitfires have now surrendered an astonishing 25 goals in their last four games. Jan. 24, 2013: It had to happen sometime. The Windsor Spitfires were riding a four-game winning streak heading into a crucial divisional match-up with the visiting Plymouth Whalers. Jan. 20, 2013: The Windsor Spitfires were able to rally from down two goals three times Sunday afternoon to defeat the Sarnia Sting 5-4 in front of a crowd of 6,383 at the WFCU Centre. Windsor stormed back in the third with three unanswered goals in a span of 5:14 from Alexander Khokhlachev, Josh Ho-Sang and Remy Giftopoulos. Jan. 17, 2013: Alexander Khokhlachev's fourth goal in as many games since returning to Windsor stood up as the game-winner Jan. 17 as the Windsor Spitfires defeated the visiting Mississauga Steelheads 2-1.
