Lakeshore Welcomes New Team Members
The Town of Lakeshore welcomes two new team members to the municipality. Manager of Legislative Services, Brianna Coughlin has joined the municipality. Manager of Public Works, Albert Dionne has over 20 years of experience as a Manager in Public Works and in Water as well as experience as a Director of Engineering and Public Works.

Lakeshore - March 12, 2019 - The Town of Lakeshore welcomes two new team members to the municipality.

Manager of Legislative Services, Brianna Coughlin has joined the municipality. She has over ten years of municipal experience working across the province as a Clerk and Chief Administrative Officer in smaller municipalities. Brianna has a Master’s in Public Policy in addition to Association of Municipal Clerks and Treasurers of Ontario (AMCTO) Certified Municipal Officer designation. She also has experience with records management, elections, responding to Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA) requests, licensing programs, and drafting bylaws. Brianna’s knowledge and experience is an asset to Lakeshore.

Manager of Public Works, Albert Dionne has over 20 years of experience as a Manager in Public Works and in Water as well as experience as a Director of Engineering and Public Works. He is also certified with a Certified Engineering Technologist designation. Albert’s extensive knowledge of roads and rural areas in addition to urban areas will be a welcome addition to Lakeshore’s administrative team.

Lakeshore is Essex County’s largest and fastest growing community. The Town welcomes Brianna Coughlin and Albert Dionne to the municipality to assist with the multitude of projects including road infrastructure and legislative services.
