When is the Winter Draft? Raiders are hurting and trades aren't easy to come by. when is the Winter Draft?

Trades aren't easy to come by because the GMs are non-existent in this league for the most part. i have never seen such a quiet bunch of bums :).

I attempted to get multiple deals done, but it wasnt meant to be. Maybe I wasnt offering enough or I was asking for the wrong players! LOL
