Raiders vote no, as proposed percentages are set. Will reconsider if those are adjusted. Finishing last should have higher odds. Not sure i like the tone of the proposal. We are a league of gentlemen, are we suggesting the Mission or Jackals are losing on purpose....not dressing their best lineups? Because that's how I take this....also, having the 1st overall pick doesnt guarantee anything. Ask every NHL general manager who has had the 1st overall pick....how many have been homeruns in the last 25 years....it's a low percentage.

Thanks guys. Good debate. The deadline has passed and extra time was allotted.

We have had a majority of GMs chime in - so we are going to call the question.

YES - 8
NO - 11

Motion dies for lack of majority. No changes to the constitution will be made as a result.
