2019 Constitional Review

Good Morning GMs,

As you can see, I am trying to clean up a number of things on the CFHL site over the summer. One of the updates has been to the Constitution. Most of it was housekeeping in nature, with the only significant change being associated with the Summer Meeting.

I have asked COW, CRUS, MARK, MOON and XMEN to look at it before getting it to this point.

Things proposed to be removed have been struck. Things proposed to be added have been captured in red. The rest will remain as is.
