Edit Owner's duties in Constitution

Good day fellow GMs,

This proposal is to align the general desires of the group on how rosters should be assembled to ensure harmony. This is in no way an indictment of any strategies used because I still don’t have any issues with that but I did note a lack of harmony that I DO want to address.

Proposal:

Edit the Constitution Owner’s duties paragraph 2 to state:

2. By participating in the DFHL, the owners agree to abide by the general sportsmanship rules set forth in this constitution and to always make decisions in an effort to protect and foster the friendship/camaraderie amongst DFHL owners. Beyond statistical anomalies, it is expected that the Major team will have more GP than the Minors teams.

Implementation date: 24-25 NHL season.

Other options were considered but they would impede how the Major teams are dressed. We believe this addresses concerns raised while allowing the flexibility needed to manage a Major team to a win.
