DFHL 2022-23 D-Waiver draft

Hello everyone,

It’s time for the D-Waiver draft.

The DFHL waiver draft runs a little differently to other Hometown Hockey pools. Here’s what you do:

- Participation is expected but not mandatory. Anyone who doesn’t want to participate can reply all to this message saying “my pick is up for trade”. If not traded, we will simply skip that pick.
- When it’s your pick, post in the forum topic what player(s) to cut (if needed) and what player they select. For example: Ruffians cut LW-Skinner and select LW-Benn
- In the event that a pick is delayed for whatever reason and not selected in 24 hours, we will move on and the pick can be made at the end of the draft.
- Text or email the next person to let them know it’s their pick.
- All players cut will go on waivers once the draft is completed.
- Max 50 players rights per franchise.

The draft officially opens at 7PM tonight. Any picks made before that time are not eligible for this weeks match.

Keep in mind that we can own the rights to 50 players max. Rangers currently have 50 so you will have to cut to draft a player.
